‘I MADE MY NEWSPAPER’
MONTHLY ACTVITIY -CLASS – IV
MONTH- NOVEMBER
Monthly activity was planned for Class – IV on 16th November to encourage students to make their own newspapers. Ms. Prakriti Chhibber was in charge of this activity.
The material required for the activity was provided by the school and the students actively participated in the same. They were proud to name their newspapers and came up with some catchy names!
The news topics to be covered were clearly explained to the students. To enhance their creativity, an additional news corner of ‘TEACHER OF THE MONTH’ was added. This was the most interesting column to write as well as to judge!
Students learnt about newspapers and their contents through learning activities designed to familiarize them with this medium. The work of the students was displayed on the board in the reception area which made the students proud of their work and instilled in them - interest and enthusiasm for such activities in future. |

INTRA-SCHOOL MONTHLY ACTIVITY
Class- III- TANGRAMS:
In order to promote academic excellence and rational attitude among children, the students of class III participated in the Tangrams activity in the month of November. Tangrams is an ancient Chinese puzzle. The students cut out various shapes like squares, triangles, parellograms etc and arranged them to make one big figure. The students came up with interesting and innovative figures.
Winners were:
First: Purab Singhavie- 3B, Damya Bhatiya- 3C
Second: Chhavi Chugh- 3B, Jhanvi Vohra- 3C
Third: Akshit Sodha- 3A, Pavneet- 3C |
