Note:- In the event of applicants with identical scores eligible for admission being
more than the number of seats, admission will be finalized by draw of lots amongst
them.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE PARENTS (Pre-School)

ATTESTED PHOTOCOPY OF THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS ARE TO BE ENCLOSED WITH THE FORM:
Notary attested Affidavit in case of First Child
Birth Certificate of the Child
Proof of Residence (of Parents-Voter ID Card/Aadhar UID Card/Passport)
Copies of documents in support of parent’s job being transferable
Supporting medical documents incase of child with special needs

ADMISSIONS
DETAILS OF CLASSES PRE – PRIMARY – IX and XI.
|
Registration forms can be procured from the School between 9:00am to 12:00noon.
ATTESTED PHOTOCOPY OF THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS ARE TO BE ENCLOSED WITH THE DULY
FILLED REGISTRATION FORM:
a). Birth certificate of the child
b). Proof of Residence of the Parents (Voter ID Card/Aadhar-UID Card/Passport etc.)
c). Medical form attached with the booklet has to be attested by a Doctor.
d). Supporting medical documents need to be submitted in case of a child with special
needs.
f). Last three years report card.
g).Transfer certificate counter signed by the Education Officer - Directorate Of
Education from the previous school.
h) Two extra, passport size photographs of the child, and one photograph of each
of the parent in addition to the photographs affixed on the booklet.
Kindly note:
• The transport facilities will be made available on specified routes only. For
any addition or amendment regarding the same, interested parents may contact the
Principal with a written request. The change may be allowed as per the rules & availability.
• In case of transport requirement, parents need to check the availability
of seats from the transport department before depositing the fee.
