At the outset, we wish to appreciate and applaud the contribution of your ward towards ‘Bridging Divides’.
The Event marks the culmination of the dedicated efforts of students and teachers and we are confident that it would be a rewarding and enriching experience for you as well.
The safety and security of our students is our prime concern and with regard to the same, we wish to appriseyou about the following:
1.On the day of the Event, students are required to report to School at 7:45 am. All bus-users need to report to their bus stops fifteen minutes in advance.
2.All participants need to come dressed in their respective costumes. Also, a coat of make-up needs to be applied. Touch-ups will be done in the School.
3.All students need to disembark at the Colony gate –including bus-users- as no vehicle would be permitted entry inside the colony. A team of teachers would be at the gates to escort the children.
4.In order to facilitate the smooth flow of traffic, no parking shall be permitted in and around the School. We have made arrangements for parking at Gurudwara Singh Sabha next to DT Cinemas, GK-II. Shuttle services to and from the venue would be made available to the parents.
5.Children would be provided with refreshments on the day of the Event. An extra tiffin and water bottle can be sent with the child.
6.Transport facilities shall not be provided in the afternoon as parents will be collecting their wards after the event.
7.With a view to facilitate the smooth movement of parents and guests within the School, kindly vacate the premises after collecting your ward from the Dispersal room.
8.The School has made elaborate arrangements for photography of the event. Kindly avoid clicking photographs while the program is in progress as it obscures the view of other guests.
9.Please wait for the announcement of your turn to collect your ward from the assigned dispersal room once the program is over. Display boards and route maps will be placed to facilitate the process. Also, our teachers and volunteers will guide you towards the dispersal rooms.
