With utmost dedication to the field of education, our Primary Incharge, Mrs. Suhani Daur is the guiding strength behind the meticulous functioning of the primary department.

A versatile educationist and an accomplished teacher, Mrs. Daur served in  various schools, the most illustrious being DPS International. Her distinguished career in education includes not only teaching but also responsibilities of that of a Primary Supervisor for Academics and Activity Coordinator, In charge for the conceptualization, editing of school curriculum for DPS International . Mrs. Daur has not merely displayed unmatched leadership qualities in all these roles but has also proven  to be an educationist par excellence.

Mrs. Daur has the unique distinction of having successfully completed various courses related to education, the chief being-Basic course in student counselling from ICTRC, Training workshop for enhancing ‘Parenting Skills’ from Centre for Psychological Research, N.Delhi, In-service Training Program from Global Education Model of Schooling. She has also participated in a workshop conducted by Springdales School on ‘Sharing Best Practices in Primary Schools.’ Using her skills and vast knowledge in education, Mrs. Daur had made significant changes and contributions as the Primary Incharge.

She believes that children are the real strength of a country and the very foundation of society. Her genuine love for children has won their hearts and they endearingly call her ‘Suhani Ma’am.’

A staunch believer in ‘quality of work’, Mrs. Daur leads by example. Her prime goal is for each child to flourish in a happy, safe, positive environment and she motivates her team of teachers to provide the same. According to her each child is special and has unique talents that need to be nurtured. Her commitment to high standards of performance has been crucial to the stupendous growth of the Primary Section at K.R.  Mangalam.
