Garden Of Five Senses
Friday July 15, 2011
The students of class ii were taken for an educational cum recreational trip to the garden of five senses. The area is full of fragrant flowers and bushy trees. The children had fun running around the sprawling garden in the lap of nature.

The Class III & Class IV students visited the National Science Centre, one of the largest and best science centres of the National Council of Science Museum (NCSM). Established with the aim to create and develop interest of the students in the field of science, a visit to the centre is fun and offers a great learning experience for all age groups. The scientific models, participatory exhibits, interesting artefacts on display caught the children’s attention and was food for their young inquisitive brains. Many galleries in the centre specifically deal with a particular theme and highlight issues of topical interest. These displays are based on different theories and laws of science that can be understood by the students by demonstrating it practically. Among the many, the models displayed at Human Biology gallery are very intriguing and fascinating. A lot of visitors especially children like the Dinosaur's gallery of animals of Mesozoic era. Then there are also number of displays informing about India's contribution to science and mathematics, about Nobel Prize winners and eminent Indian personalities of the field. The trip was enriching, exciting and fun.
